The photographer is unidentified and there is no backstamp or marking on the back. The “ Lucy W.” is light from her fine handwriting and what appears to be a pen in need of re-dipping, nevertheless a rare find. Hayes is generally available on signed plain cards but uncommon in other autograph formats and rare in signed photos.
