The book is in excellent fresh condition with a more recent mylar cover and the original slip box. The box is in poor shape with top lip separated from the box on one side. Goodspeed’s was one of the premier book dealers of the late 1800’s/early 1900’s and passed the business to his son. The Company was one of the early autograph dealers in the U.S.
